Welcome to southern Appalachia and my lake and home. In my travels, I frequently come to the Lake and Red Top Mountain. Many of my videos are filmed here. I welcome you to come spend this special summer solstice with me and 30 others of like mind. This is our schedule:

8pm Fireside leave it ritual- What Does Not Serve in preparation for Solstice Ritual

Friday 21

Breakfast 7-10

Morning stretching ritual 9 to 10 

10 AM prep for Ritual by Amanita Dreamer Low Dose event

5 hours free time Journal, rest, play in the lake, canoe, pool

5pm Dinner

5:30 Intention circle 

7pm Enter the ritual 

8 Ritual begins with Amanita Dreamer- Bring Your Drum (Ritual 2)

Saturday 22

Breakfast  7-10

Morning by the lake, stretching ritual 9 to 10 

10 AM Integration Circle- with Amanita Dreamer

Free Time to play in the lake, pool, main lodge

3pm Shadow Work Discussion With Amanita Dreamer

5pm Dinner

6pm Face Painting Amanita Photo party for golden hour

Play in the lake/Card games in the lodge

9 Muscimol (Ritual 2) for settling anxiety with Amanita Dreamer

Sunday 23

Breakfast 7-9

10:00 Book signing, group photo and closing the ritual with Amanita Dreamer (Book is included in your ticket)

Check out 11:30 (strip beds and place trash outside)

Grab and go lunch

Sleeping is in a lake side cabin in a bunk bed. Restrooms, showers are in main lodge.

You will get an email a month before the event with what to pack and expect and more information. For now here's some preliminary info:

Pipe to smoke amanita

Yoga mat or something to lay on for ceremonies and stretching, blanket or throw that can get dirty

Water bottle

Something for the altar

Food will be vegetarian (not vegan) and gluten free

Lunch is not provided on Friday and Sat so bring snacks or proteins

Swim suit/sunscreen GA is hot and closer to the equator than you’re used to
